We take pride in a staff that works together as a team to bring the best possible care and cumulative experience for the children in our care.

 

Our staff is chosen for their love of children and their training in working with them. We have teachers on the staff that are CDA (Child Development Associate) certified and all non-certified staff are required to complete 40 clock hours of child care training within one year of employment.  We require all of our staff to have infant/child CPR and First Aid training.  In addition, they all participate in annual in service training, and conferences on childhood development.
